About the Opportunity

Currently, we are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Mississauga, ON. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class service to our customers while working collaboratively with our teams. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing quotations for products, spare parts, and services for customers including representatives, OEMs, contractors, and subsidiaries 
  • Working together with Sales Manager and other departments to ensure our products, services, and deliveries are satisfactory to customers
  • Processing burner, spare parts, and service orders received from customers within the CRM system
  • Providing excellent customer service face to face, by phone, and by email
  • Supporting customers by providing technical information such as manuals, wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, spare parts lists, and other technical documentation 
  • Communicating project-specific information such as the expected delivery date and production schedule with customers
  • Assisting the sales managers in preparing monthly and quarterly sales and market reports
  • Maintaining and building good relations with customers, and further building company reputation/brand in the industry with support from other sales personnel 
  • Updating knowledge of products by studying new product documentation and participating in both internal and external educational opportunities

More About You

To qualify, you will need previous sales experience, with a technical background or degree preferred. Previous experience in burners, and/or commercial/industrial HVAC equipment systems would be strong assets, but not required. Knowledge of CRM systems (Sage CRM, SAP CRM) is an asset.

As our ideal candidate, you are a highly motivated, technically well-versed individual, experienced in providing exceptional customer service. You are able to work independently, as well as part of a team. You possess excellent communication skills, with an ability to interpret information from engineering drawings, specifications, technical literature, and product information catalogs. Good business acumen and an understanding of sales practices are required. 

Above all, we value continuous learning and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment as needed.
